Fliers go back to land. The Wireless Air Gunnery Section is still loyal enough to mother earth to do a little gardening around its buildings. These lads are operational aircrew of the Alouette Squadron in RCAF Bomber Group Overseas.

1) Flight Sergeant C. Norman Lea, R/162357, Wireless Air Gunner, from 1014 River Ave., Fort William, 0nt., flew 25 missions with the J.W. McDonald crew from April 20th 1944 till July 26th 1944;
2) Sergeant Tony Kartonchik, R/168086 J/92067, Officer’s commission on 18-10-1944, Wireless Air Gunner, from 16 Manchester St., Hamilton, Ont., posted to 425 squadron, Tholthorpe April let 1944, flew mainly with the LB. Todd crew:
3) W01Joseph A. Roland Piquette, R/111996 J/86663, Officer’s commission on 23-06-1944, Wireless Air Gunner from 16 Bergen st., Cornwall, 0nt., posted to 425 squadron on February 2nd 1944, flew 34 missions with the J.G.M Landry crew and one with the Vanexan crew.
4) Sergeant Ed. H, Bright, RAF1318239, Wireless Air Gunner from North Oheam, Surrey, UK, flew 32 missions with FL later W/C LH. Lecomte; posted out to 415 RCAF Sqn, on 23-08-1944.
