Albert Émile Minguet

Albert Émile Minguet was the flight engineer on the Halifax piloted by Jean-Jacques Desbiens. He was killed like Desbiens when the bomber crashed.

Émile was the flight engineer on the aircraft flown by Jean-Jacques Desbiens.

Both died in an air raid over Germany on 5 March 1945. Émile is last one the right in the back row and Jean-Jacques is first on the left in the back row.

All the other airmen were taken prisoner:

Flight Sergeant G. Tremblay
Flying Officer Parent
Flight Sergeant H. Jean Maurice D’Avril
Flight Sergeant G. Langevin
Flight Sergeant L. Lamontagne

Except that Jean-Maurice D’Avril had a different fate from the others.
